Hello Everyone! So here it it is- The post I have been promising you for 2 weeks! If you follow me on Instagram you know that I recently got affected by the flooding in Houston which is why I have been absent from my blog and social media accounts. Our house got 3 ft of water and destroyed everything we had (yes including all my shoes!!). The most important thing is we got out safely and no one was hurt.  We have been in recovering mode for the past 2 weeks but this is just the beginning. I will be sharing my story on another post but first I wanted to talk about this gorgeous dress.

I bought this dress last year in August for my friends Bridal Shower. I came across this boutique store Jess Lea Boutique that is currently located here in Houston and I instantly fell in love! The dress was perfect for the Bridal Shower since it was Tea Party Theme but I also knew when I saw it it would be the perfect go-to dress for bridal shower-baby showers or special occasions.

Let me also talk about this handbag. A few weeks ago I went to an event at a local vintage store Cheeky Vintage. I knew that I wanted to walk out with something from their but needed to find the perfect item. When I saw this handbag I knew this would be it. It has that vintage flair that I love from the 70’s and the material is something you cannot find anywhere. That is what I loved about this store, they had so many one of a kind items that are unique to many eras. If your ever in Houston check out Cheeky Vintage! I can’t wait to go back!
